Salary & Benefits:
• Starting Salary: USD 286
• Long-term service allowance: USD 150 per year
• Promotion class allowance: up to USD 1,200
Shift & Vacancies:
• Morning: 06.00 AM – 02.00PM
• Afternoon: 02.00PM – 10.00 PM (Vacancy: 1)
• Night: 10.00 PM – 06.00 AM (Vacancies: 2)
Working Conditions:
• Office-based position
• Standard working hours: 8 hours per day (including 30-minute break)
• Six working days per week with one scheduled day off
• Weekend work required as per operational needs
• Comprehensive training provided; prior computer skills not required
Job Summary / Responsibilities:
HR Responsibilities:
• Recruitment, onboarding, and orientation
• Attendance and KPI tracking
• Document and letter management
• Evaluation and resignation handling
Administrative Responsibilities:
• Asset management and office coordination
• Cleaning supervision
• Consumable and stationery management
Key Requirements:
• High level of accuracy and responsibility
• Strong attendance and reporting discipline
• Strict adherence to company guidelines
• Attention to detail with minimal errors
